Overview
Memorial Hermann is advancing health and personalizing care with hospitals, specialty programs and services located throughout the Greater Houston area. As a UX/UI designer in the digital marketing team, my major tasks were to redesign and improve the online doctor appointment experience for the website and Everyday Well mobile app as the hospital was promoting the doctor e-visit service in 2018.
Besides, I was also in charge of designing and maintaining the website and marketing assets for all service lines, worked closely with developers and marketing director to make sure the best web practices.
Goal
This project was to redesign the screens of Everyday Well mobile app and Memorial Hermann website that introducing the service of virtual doctor visit online. At the meantime, it was to improve the online appointment experience that allows patients to easily make appointment and expand access to care with new options for all patients to receive care virtually.
